What can I bring to person-centred psychotherapy?

You can bring yourself, just as you are.

Person-centred psychotherapy is a space where all of you is welcome—your thoughts, emotions, uncertainties, hopes, and questions. Whether you're carrying something specific like anxiety, grief, work-stress, burn-out or relationship difficulties, or you're not sure what's wrong but know something doesn't feel right, this is a place to explore it without judgement.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear reason for coming. You can bring your confusion, your silence, your anger, your story—or no story at all. Together, we can begin where you are.
